Getting connected
How do I set up my cat?
Open Set up your cat, sign in, and follow the instructions for your firmware. Setup requires a compatible device and internet access. The device hotspot method must match the instructions supplied with your cat.
Why can’t I sign in with Google?
Google sign-in must be enabled for the service. If it is unavailable, use the email-code option. Google may not support an embedded browser; open the page in your usual browser instead.
My Wi-Fi setup finished. Why can’t my cat talk?
Wi-Fi setup, account binding, activation and voice service are separate steps. Check power and internet access, then refresh your device status. If interaction is still unavailable, contact us with your firmware version and the error shown. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or private device keys.
Can I use the website without a device?
You can explore the website without signing in. Device management and reminders require a compatible cat linked to your account.
Care & everyday use
Can I wash my AI cat?
The first cat’s electronic module is not removable. Do not wash, immerse, bleach, iron or dry-clean it. Keep liquid away from charging and electronic parts. Follow the care instructions supplied with your exact product.
Does every product use rabbit fur?
No. Materials differ by product and by component. The Blueberry design uses rex rabbit fur in its blue fur area. Do not apply this description to the AI cat or the whole brand.
Can I change the device language here?
The current web application does not switch firmware language. Chinese and English local voice-word sets are separate device configurations; follow the instructions for your firmware.
