These terms cover the Hugwoods website and device application operated by Shenzhen Hugwoods Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳抱抱森林科技有限公司). Use the service only with an account and devices you are entitled to manage. For assistance, contact jujiguang@gmail.com.
Product previews
Some images show design concepts or styled scenes based on a product sample. Products marked as previews or in development are not an offer for immediate purchase. Final materials, dimensions, age suitability, packaging, features and availability are determined by the information for the released product. There is no checkout on this website.
Accounts and device ownership
Keep your email and Google account secure. Do not share sign-in codes or attempt to access another person’s device. Google and email sign-in are not automatically linked merely because their email addresses match. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Connected features
Setup and interaction depend on compatible firmware, network access and the relevant device-platform services. Some features may be unavailable until the necessary services are enabled. Follow your device’s instructions; do not disable browser certificate checks to connect.
Reminders
A saved reminder or generated message is not evidence that a device played a sound. Reminders depend on device connectivity and confirmed execution. Do not use this service as your only reminder for safety-critical or medical needs. Reminders follow the selected device time zone. Missing spring-forward times are skipped for repeating reminders; repeated fall-back times are eligible only once.
Care and safe use
Follow the material, age, care and charging instructions supplied with the specific product. Do not assume that all Hugwoods products use the same materials or are washable. A parent or guardian should manage connected features used by children.
Support and service changes
We may change or suspend features when necessary for maintenance, security or provider changes. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Contact us if a service is not working. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
